Those who suffer from "just right" OCD will repeat their rituals until they feel something is perfect. Perfectionism or “Just Right” OCD is a subcategory of OCD and has to do with having things “just right” or perfect. A person with “Just Right” OCD has obsessions but also an internal sense that something is “off.” In their minds, the order, frequency, balance, or position of something is out of place and must be corrected. One that is so commonly misunderstood (or not talked about at all) is called “Just Right” OCD (see also “ Tourettic OCD “). “Just Right” OCD has been a monster that has controlled my thoughts, actions and feelings since I can remember.
